Basic Cleaning

Basic cleanings can be scheduled on a one-time only basis or on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule.  

Basic Cleaning Includes The Following:

Bathroom surfaces cleaned and sanitized (tub, shower, sink, toilet, floor)
Kitchen surfaces cleaned including outside of all tops and fronts of all appliances, cabinets and inside of microwave
All floors and stairs vacuumed including under beds

Floors washed
Dusting of all woodwork, baseboards, casings, sills, and fans
Dusting of all furniture
Washing of inside of all sliding glass doors
Empty trash containers and replace liners

First Time Cleaning

Our first time cleaning services are a deeper type of cleaning. We take the extra time to get everything cleaned so that your weekly or biweekly cleanings fall within the basic cleaning structure.

Our first time service includes everything in our basic cleaning plus the following tasks that you would like to add on:

Washing walls, woodwork, casings and sills

High dusting of ceilings

Cleaning inside of appliances (stove, refrigerator)

You can provide a list, and we will work off your list.

We also offer window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and floors strip and wax.  These are separate crews which can be book to work along side our cleaning crews.

Move-In/Out Cleaning

College Students, winter rentals and summer rentals-  This service is for you.  Vacationing for a week or two and don't want the hassle of cleaning before you leave?  This service is for your.  Whether you are moving into or out of a home that you just purchased or have been or will be renting, this service is designed for you.  We recommend that you supply us with a list of things you would like done, so that we can tailor it to your needs. We design every cleaning to the needs of each specific customer.  If you want inside of the closets done, no problem.  If you want kitchen cabinets or vanity drawers vacuumed out, its a cinch!  Walls washed before you paint? Let us know, and we will make them sparkle.

In homes with very high ceilings (over 7 ft) with cabinets high on the wall, we request that the client provide us with a ladder tall enough to safely reach inside to clean. We cannot provide ladders taller than 3 ft.
